Using as few brush strokes as possible, and a gestural immediate and open action, Andrew seeks to represent landscapes of personal importance.
Using the analogy of putting a knot into a hankerchief, viewers realise that the scenes are made to be a remembrance but only the person who tied the knot knows exactly what of.
